1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Opened fragrances
- Customized or special-order items
- Sale or promotional items
3. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
